I took this Reenactment Photograph at Historic Endview Plantation in Newport News, Va. Several very large realistic Reenactments are held on the huge Plantation grounds there each year where large earthworks have been dug for these events. In this Color Photograph, as the black powder smoke still lingers, Confederate Troops start to line up for a gallant charge upon the enemy as additional Troops begin to pour over the earthworks in the background.
