I took this Reenactment Photograph at Historic Endview Plantation in Newport News, Va. Several very large realistic Reenactments are held on the huge Plantation grounds there each year where large earthworks have been dug for these events. As the name of my Photograph suggests, Protecting The Colors, the flag stand out in this black and white photo. I also applied a light Soft Focus to add to the mood.
